I am Karishma Palande. Over years of living in The Netherlands, I have missed authentic Indian food, that would transport me back to the streets of India.
Having grown up in India, my taste buds constantly long for the overwhelming experience that Indian food brings. I always wondered to myself if I could get the same experience here. That's how the idea of Chai N Masala was born. I decided to start something of my own based on the key ideas-

The magic of people
Most Indian food found in the EU currently makes its way via the UK. This long route takes the magic away. We source all of the food, directly from its manufacturers in India. These are the best of brands, known for delivering the highest quality and the tastiest of delicacies !
